OUR LEADERSHIP

Doug Wren

Doug has been in the travel industry for the past 20 years in various capacities; starting out as a reservation agent for one of
the largest travel agencies in the U.S. to owning and operating three travel companies. He has been a featured speaker at airline executive conferences, travel conferences, client events and regularly trains travel agents across the U.S. as an expert in Central and South America. Doug has been recognized as being on the "A-List" of travel executives, awarded by Travel + Leisure Magazine and more recently been recognized by the Robb Report Magazine. His experience has given him the opportunity to be on TV and radio, hosting the KSL Travel Show for eight years. He has traveled to over 100 countries across Latin America, Africa, Asia, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Western Europe and the Middle East. When not traveling, Doug enjoys spending time at home with his wife and two daughters. Cycling, mountain biking and snow boarding keep him fit while enjoying his time in Utah where he resides.

Brett Steele

Brett was born, raised, and still calls the great state of Utah his home. His love for international culture began in high school when
he traveled to Australia and New Zealand with his high school rugby team. That love continued to grow as a 19-year-old, when he moved to Northeastern Brazil for two years, spending time in Recife, Joao Pessoa, Natal and Campina Grande. In 1997, Brett was hired as one of the company's first employees, designing customized group and leisure itineraries to South and Central America. It was at that point he realized he would never get rid of the "travel bug." Over the years Brett has traveled extensively in Latin America and has developed a true love for the unique cultures found in South and Central America. More recently he has spent the majority of his time in India and The Middle East. He represents the company at travel industry shows and has served as a Board Member for the Brazilian Tour Operators Association. He became a partner in the company in 2009. Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctorate degree from The Gonzaga University School of Law. Outside of work he spends as much time as possible with his wife and children, he enjoys cycling, golfing and skiing.

Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts.
